Writer. Spiritual director. Human being.

YOU’VE QUESTIONED WHAT YOU WERE GIVEN.
Now what?

With so many voices online, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn:

  • Stuck circling what went wrong

  • Unsure how to begin again without pretending

  • Tired of outrage, certainty, and constant hot takes

  • Longing for something grounded, honest, and genuinely life-giving

This space exists for people who want to live honestly with what they carry.
Not by ignoring the past or rushing toward answers, but by practicing a faith that feels grounded, open, and real.

LOOKING FOR A FAITH THAT GOES DEEPER THAN DEBATE?

Me Too…

This is not a space for hot takes or spiritual performance.
It is a place to live with honesty, hope, and a sense of humor.
Not defined by what you left, but by how you want to live now.

The Podcast

No hot takes. No drama.
A space for stories, spiritual honesty, and what it means to keep going quietly, imperfectly, and still somehow in faith.

The Newsletter

Reflections from after letting go.
Personal essays, spiritual practices, and small, steady ways to live what you still believe, even when it’s complicated.

I get it—WHEN THE OLD ANSWERS FALL APART, IT CAN FEEL DISORIENTING.

You’ve outgrown the beliefs you were handed, but the alternatives can feel just as exhausting.

Maybe you’ve questioned what you were given and named what no longer works.
Now you are wondering what comes next.

That’s why I made this:

Five simple practices to help you live a faith that feels honest, grounded, and genuinely supportive in everyday life.

I’VE WALKED THIS ROAD TOO.

Eventually, I got tired of reacting to what I didn’t believe, and I started paying attention to what actually brought life.
Not certainty. Not answers. Practice, presence, and trust.

This is not a takedown space.
It is a place of discovery for faith that helps and a life that can actually be lived.

I’m a writer shaped by contemplative spirituality, trained in spiritual direction, and the author of a book, Deconstruct with Jesus: Rethinking Faith to Find it Again.

I’ve
spent years walking with people through deconstruction, grief, addiction, and rediscovery, and even longer doing the work myself.
This space brings together the questions that mattered, the practices that helped, and the slow work of learning how to live again.

I don’t have all the answers.
I do know how to walk with people as they learn to live honestly with the questions.
