You’ve named what you don’t believe. Now what?
With so many voices online, it’s easy to feel:
Stuck rehashing what went wrong
Unsure how to begin again
Burned out on outrage and hot takes
Longing for something grounded, honest, and actually healing
This space exists for people who are ready to move forward, not by ignoring the past, but by rebuilding something better.
Something real.
Tired of reaction videos, theology takedowns, and snarky hot takes?
Me Too…
This isn’t that.
No more defining yourself by what you left.
This is about what comes next— and how to live it with honesty and hope.
The Podcast
No hot takes. No drama.A space for stories, spiritual honesty, and what it means to keep going—quietly, imperfectly, and still somehow in faith.
The Newsletter
Reflections from life after letting go.Personal essays, spiritual practices, and small, steady ways to live what you still believe— even when it’s complicated.
The Community
A space for people who aren’t here to debate—just here to live with honesty.
Quiet conversations. Real connection. No pressure to prove anything.
I get it—when the old answers fall apart, it can feel like all that’s left is rage, criticism, or nihilism.
You’ve outgrown the beliefs you were handed, but the alternatives feel just as exhausting.
Maybe you’ve spent years naming what’s broken — but now you’re wondering… what comes next?
That’s why I made this:
Five simple practices to help you find your footing again—
and start living a faith that’s honest, grounded, and actually helps.

Been there. Questioned everything. Got angry. Stayed angry.
Eventually, I got tired of reacting to what I didn’t believe and I started looking for what I did. This isn’t a takedown space. It’s a discovery space for faith that actually helps and a life that actually works.
I’m a seminary grad, trained spiritual director, experienced life coach, and the author of Deconstruct with Jesus.
I’ve spent years walking with people through deconstruction, addiction, grief, and rediscovery — and even longer doing the work myself. This space is where all of that comes together: the honest questions, the practices that helped, and the process of slowly discovering something real. I don’t have all the answers — but I know how to walk with people while they figure things out.
